This is not a scam and your device will be registered once i have recived your payment. When you have paid i will add you and once i have added you i will send you a email to you saying that i have added you to the 4.0 beta list.
I will also provide you with a link to download the beta sdk and firmware and you will need a mac to install the firmware but i will also provide you on how to install mac in vmware so you can install the firmware.
